Scope

Specific’s project-sheet scope records receipt of 90 40ft containers, warehouse storage, scheduled delivery over three stages, unpacking joinery across rooms, coordination with on-site trades, FF&E and bedding placement to floor plans, project-manager oversight and final client walk-through sign-off.

Delivery challenge

Airport-hotel work compresses many moving parts into a fixed launch window. Three-stage delivery, multiple room types, public amenities and on-site trade coordination had to be controlled without allowing stored freight or late placement to disrupt opening readiness.

Specific methodology

Specific managed the pathway from container receipt to final placement through warehouse control, scheduled release, floor-plan-led placement, trade coordination, photographic progress discipline and sign-off with the client team.

Outcome

The project now carries stronger proof for Specific’s Victorian hotel capability, particularly large-volume container receipt, warehouse staging and opening-readiness execution across rooms and public areas.
