Scope

Specific completed end-to-end fourth-party logistics for room joinery and kitchens, coordinating container receipt, customs interface, inventory visibility, warehouse staging, floor-by-floor release and room-level delivery support.

Delivery challenge

The task was not simply movement of freight. High-value imported joinery, separate tower programmes, site access windows and room-readiness expectations had to remain aligned for a sustained construction period.

Specific methodology

Specific treated every package as a programmed construction item. Goods were recorded on receipt, protected in storage, sequenced by tower and release window, moved through controlled site access and tracked through site sign-off.

Outcome

The programme demonstrates Specific’s ability to act as an integrated logistics partner for large-scale residential construction where visibility, protection and sequencing are as important as transport capacity.
